3 wk into work at hp today! Received my new laptop.. it's the latest model, slim & pretty, best performance with intel core i7 processor & windows 7 which my colleague claims it's the best in the market now. Well well.. I hope it's true. Nonetheless, I've experienced the cool setup process which only took 1hr to install all the programs & after lunch I could use it already! Really impressed. Hope it's durable too. I need to use it for 3 yrs before I can change another new laptop. I had always wanted a new laptop after my fujitsu was spoilt by Chris but always couldn't bear to spend the money since I've a desktop at home. Was really happy on the 1st day of work when my boss told me to order a new laptop. However, the happiness wasn't that much until the delivery man deliver to my desk today!

Extremely happy & I guess my productivity will increase too with the nice touch. Tmr shall order casing, mouse & keypads for my new lappie! Guess new electronic gadgets always make me happy.

Was feeling a lil sad for the past 2 days because starhub came to my company for roadshow & there's corporate discount for iphone 4 & they can get the phone immediately on the same day! 2 of my colleagues bought 2 phones each so that can video call with the gf/bf. *envy* I couldn't order because my contract with singtel only ends on 21Aug! I know it's just 2 more days but I can't order. Even if I order, starhub cannot give me the phone now. Luckily my colleague who went to enquire with me told me to ask the person if I can get the same deals at starhub shops outside. AND the person says can! So I took a copy of the leaflet home & I intend to go get it this weekend! *grinz*
